The range of Kreon scanners includes the 3 different models of the Zephyr family: the KZ 25, the KZ 50 , the KZ 100 scanner and the revolutionary Aquilon. Collecting data at much faster pace than conventional contact measuring devices and competing systems, Kreon scanners adapt to all kinds of end-user environments, bringing infinite applications possibilities on a variety of measuring machines.
SOLANO
The new KREON Solano 3D laser scanner presents the fundamental characteristics of a contact and non-contact 3D measurement device. It drew its inspiration from its predecessors' specificities and was designed to be used with both simplicity and efficiency. As a low-cost scanner, Solano presents high performances for a very good quality/price ratio.

AQUILON
Aquilon is the next –generation laser scanner, designed to suit the most demanding customer requirements. Aquilon is specifically designed for applications including high accuracy measurement on technical parts and complex shapes requiring high point density for inspection or reverse engineering applications.

ZEPHYR KZ 25
The Zephyr KZ 25 scanner is dedicated to detail-oriented, high accuracy applications, and is ideally suited for use on a 3D CMM, manual or CNC.

ZEPHYR KZ 50
Extremely flexible, the KZ 50 scanner can answer reverse engineering and inspection challenges in the most diverse environments. A perfect choice to switch easily between arm and CMM.

ZEPHYR KZ 100
The KZ 100 scanner makes scanning large volume parts a simple and easy task. User-friendly and flexible, this high-tech laser scanner can be adapted to all stages of the manufacturing process.

Equipped with a touch probe interface, Kreon Zephyr and Aquilon scanners combine traditional metrology and non-contact measurement technology for increased precision and allow you to choose the optimal arrangement for accuracy. The association of a contact probe and laser scanning technology, unique to Kreon scanners, brings together contact and non-contact measurement in a perfect fit. The complementarities of these two data collection methods optimize measuring time and productivity while providing a real competitive advantage when scanning mechanical, plastic, sheet metal for stamping or other complex free form surfaces. User-friendly and flexible, these high-tech laser scanners can be adapted to all stages of the manufacturing process. The Zephyr scanners’ non contact and fast acquiring particularities are the answer to needs in reverse engineering and inspection applications from the early product design and rapid prototyping stages, to final quality verification in production and assembly environment. The Aquilon scanners are ideally suited for online inspection applications requiring extreme accuracy and large data density. All Kreon scanners can also easily handle materials generally considered problematic for non-contact scanners such as highly reflective materials. The operator can set the scanner so that materials such as aluminum or titanium can be scanned without painting, dusting or other method. Advantages : Kreon scanners give access to functionalities as varied as surface reconstruction, scan-to-CAD comparison, color coded visualization of deviations., etc. Operators can make critical go / no-go decisions, considerably improving product quality. Seamless integration in operator’s existing workflow Reduction of product’s time to market and engineering costs Plug and play scanners Non contact measurement of soft of fragile materials Increased product quality Portable, user friendly technology Short learning curve Universal scanning solutions Optimum accuracy High speed
